MeatHead Teamspeak Information

Teamspeak is an application which enables players to speak with one another over the Internet. It runs separately from Call of Duty and is available to the MeatHead community to allow players to communicate with each other over the internet while playing on the MeatHead server. Teamspeak brings a sense of realism to the game by allowing team mates to cooperate with each other in battle. Teamspeak not only helps everyone play better as a team, but brings more enjoyment to the game by allowing you attach personalities to your team mate...and your enemies!

Please note that the MeatHead Teamspeak server is currently only open to MeatHead Clan members. When I have the time to set things up properly, we will open the channels to all users who are currently playing on the MeatHead server. (Movement between channels is accomplished by using pre-defined hot keys during the game)

If you haven't yet tried this approach to online gaming, don't be shy and get connected by following the steps below. If you have any problems getting connected, contact one of the clan members during the game, or visit the forums and drop us a note.

Join in the the aural battles on the MeatHead server today!

MeatHead Teamspeak Server Information

MeatHead Teamspeak Server: meathead.kicks-ass.net

MeatHead Teamspeak Lobby

When you first log into our Teamspeak server, you automatically enter the Lobby channel. You can hang around in the lobby and wait for others to connect up or join one of the main channels. The Teamspeak server is set up in such a way to allow you to join either the Axis or Allies channel. Sometimes however, you find that everyone is playing from the lobby! If people want to play in separate channels, please respect their wishes and don't spy on their channel.
NOTE: The MeatHead Admin channel is for admins only.

We suggest you start Teamspeak prior to connecting to the game server so that you can see where everyone is at and find out what is happening on the server before you get there.

Refer to our setup instructions for the correct settings for the client before you connect for the first time.

MeatHead Teamspeak Regulations

Unfortunately, for some people to behave appropriately, there needs to be some simple rules for using the MeatHead Teamspeak server and they are as follows:
  • NO ONE is permitted to use Teamspeak as a personal communication device. There are other internet tools designed for just this purpose.

  • Players MUST log into our Teamspeak server using a player name. Anyone using the name Guest is likely to be kicked immediately without warning.

  • When you sign on the Teamspeak server, you are required to identify yourself to those already present.

  • You may connect if you are looking for tech support but please make this request known to an admin as soon as you sign on. If there is an admin present they will shift you to another channel so that they can assist without disturbing the rest of the players. If there isnt an Admin present, please disconnect and send the Admin a message in the Forums.

  • No one is permitted to verbally abuse another member while on Teamspeak. Doing so will likely see you banned from the MeatHead game and Teamspeak servers.

  • When logging into Teamspeak, if the current players have decided to use the Axis and Allies channels, please respect that choice and join the correct channnel after starting your game. Players that are playing for one team and are on the other teams channel may find themselves banned. We consider that cheating.

  • If you log on to our Teamspeak server with no intention on playing but insist on annoying other players, your IP will be banned and you will not be able to connect to Teamspeak or play on the MeatHead game server.
